After much discussion and consideration and due to the high volume of last minute cancellations and no shows, we have updated our cancellation policy as follows.
As from 1st November 2021 we will be asking for a £50. deposit for any colour service booked, or if you are making a booking for a wedding.
The deposit will then be deducted from the cost of the service upon completion.
If however, you cancel or move your appointment within 24 hours, or do not attend your appointment, the deposit will be taken as a ‘fee’ towards the loss of earnings of the stylist and the business. You will also be required to pay a deposit for all future bookings.
All deposits are non-refundable if you try to move or cancel your booking giving less than 24 hours notice. Prior to 24 hours you may ask for a full refund at any time, or carry the deposit over to your next appointment.
You will automatically be asked for a deposit if:
- You are a new client or are returning to us after 6 months or longer.
- You have missed or cancelled an appointment with us in the past.
As we are sure you can appreciate, colour appointments are long and take up considerable time and therefore cancellations or no shows are not sustainable in our business.
